Borvesa keeps its own site. This page is the part of the story that belongs on Brapua's: who pays for it, and why.
What it is
Not a second company.
Borvesa is not registered anywhere. It has no entity of its own, no holding structure, no investor and no second party. It is work being done inside Brapua UG (haftungsbeschränkt), funded by it, run by the person who founded it.
If that ever changes — if Borvesa is registered on its own — the imprint and this page are the two places that have to be corrected, and until then neither of them says otherwise.
It is in formation, based in Bavaria, and has no product, no customers and one person working on it.
Two fields
The ground and the orbit.

- Robots for environments too tight, too hot, too deep or too dangerous for a person — inspection, maintenance, recovery.
- In orbit
- Spacecraft have no workshop nearby. Attitude, navigation, diagnosis, and eventually hands on other people's hardware.
- First programme
- Radio-frequency geolocation from low Earth orbit. Three satellites in formation receive the same transmission at slightly different times; the differences in arrival time and Doppler shift place the transmitter on the Earth's surface.
- What that is for
- Vessels running with AIS switched off, interference hunting for spectrum regulators, 406 MHz distress beacons in search and rescue.
- What is sold
- Positions with a timestamp, never content. Only time, frequency and signal shape are processed. That is not a marketing line — it is the legal basis of the product.

The connection
Two sentences, and no more.
Brapua was built on a premise about reach: that nobody should have to face a hard thing alone, that somewhere there is a person who has already been through the same thing, and that the only real problem is finding them. Borvesa starts from the same sentence with the subject changed. One works on reaching a person; the other on the places a person cannot go.
Underneath the premise the arrangement is ordinary and financial. Brapua is a consumer product with a business. Borvesa is hardware with a long horizon and no revenue. The first pays for the second. A shared premise is a reason to start something — it is not what keeps it running.
The premise is where it ends. Peer support and orbital radio-frequency geolocation share no engineering, no customers, no market and no supplier, and neither makes the other cheaper or quicker to build. So the honest version of the connection is two sentences long: one founder started both for the same reason, and one of them pays for the other. Anything more would be a story told after the fact.

The imprint names Brapua UG as Diensteanbieter with its register entry, as § 5 DDG requires. The privacy policy names it as Verantwortliche under the DSGVO. Both are in German, because both are addressed to German law. This page is the same facts in English, for people rather than for statute.
Brapua is the business.
